Scheduling Your First Appointment\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To schedule an initial appointment, you can contact me via phone (626) 260-1356 or email KimberlyCWongLCSW@gmail.com<\/a>. \u00a0Please let me know your availability. If you are planning on using insurance, also indicate what insurance you have. \u00a0I would be happy to discuss what you are seeking therapy for or any needs you have prior to scheduling an appointment. \u00a0Just let me know a good day and time for me to call you. \u00a0I do my best to return calls or emails in 1-2 business days.<\/p>\n

The initial appointment is about an hour, and generally follow up appointments are 50 minutes. \u00a0There are some forms for you to complete either by coming 15 minutes before our first appointment or by downloading and completing the appropriate forms<\/a>. \u00a0Upon arrival in\u00a0the lobby, press the button underneath my name to let me know you have arrived. Please make sure the red light turns on.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

My standard rate is $240 for the first appointment, and then $200 for 50 minutes or $240 for 60 minutes. \u00a0I accept payment in cash, check or debit\/credit cards (minimum required to use your card), and electronic funds transfers such as VenMo and Zelle.\u00a0 Most clients pay me directly and some use insurance.\u00a0 Click Insurance<\/a>\u00a0for more information about using insurance. \u00a0In addition, under certain circumstances I can adjust the rate. \u00a0I would be happy to discuss options on the phone (626) 260-1356 or at your first appointment.<\/p>\n
